Ceadogán

Eleanor McCaughey is an Irish artist whose multidisciplinary practice spans painting, sculpture, installation, video, and sound, exploring themes of identity, the body, memory, and belonging.

“The Place project with Ceadogán resonates deeply with me as much of my work is rooted in my connection to place and home. This piece in particular draws from the nooks and crannies of the Donegal landscape, where I spent every summer in the Gaeltacht, connecting with the language, landscape, stories, and traditional crafts. Collaborating with Ceadogán has reinforced for me the importance of preserving and passing on craftsmanship and cultural heritage for future generations.”
