Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be simpler. Just browse our online store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart by clicking on the icon next to the size of rug you wish to buy. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept nearly all major credit cards with the exception of American Express. You may also pay using PayPal. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping and Handling
Pick up from our showroom is permitted; the prices on our website reflect online orders only. You may collect the items from our showroom and negate handling and postage charges however you need to complete and pay for the order online. Once you have placed an order you will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection. You must have received a collection status email from us informing you that your order is ready for collection; otherwise the prices for the items you have selected (and / or) paid for are those that are in effect at the showroom, at the time of your visit / purchase.
The Buyer has the right to cancel the order within seven days of order confirmation, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer) EXCEPT where the goods have been made to the consumer’s specifications. When a Consumer cancels an order under “EU Directive on Consumer Rights” the Products must be returned to Ceadogán Rugmakers as outlined in Section title “Returns Policy” of these Terms & Conditions. Then Ceadogán Rugmakers will issue a full refund to the Buyer of the price paid for the Products. Delivery charges will not be refunded after Delivery unless agreed by Ceadogán Rugmakers.
When an order is placed by the Buyer and a deposit has been received by Ceadogán Rugmakers, this is confirmation of an order. Usually this delay is between 6 – 12 weeks, but it can vary depending on many factors such as general demand levels and availability of product components.
Ceadogán Rugmakers shall not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused. Delivery charges are included in all orders to Ireland and UK. Aditional delivery charges will apply otherwise. The Buyer should check with Ceadogán Rugmakers before placing an order if in doubt. Ceadogán Rugmakers will endeavour to advise the Buyer of any such charges before an order is accepted.

Shedding is a natural characteristic of a deep pile rug and is not deemed to be a fault. This is common on Wool and Silk rugs and should be taken into consideration when choosing a suitable rug for your home.
Note: While it is rare, all cut-pile wool rugs and carpets can be susceptible to a natural phenomenon called “reverse twist”, also known as “water marking”. Ceadogán Rugmakers will not accept responsibility if this should occur.
Note: Whilst every effort is made to accurately reproduce images of our products, different monitor settings can have an effect on the appearance of colours. Buyers are advised to be aware of this.
